Food, focus and mood are deeply connected — and if you or someone in your family lives with ADHD, you may already sense how much what you eat affects concentration, energy, sleep and emotional regulation. I work with neurodivergent adults, children and families, women and men — with adults making up the heart of my practice.

I provide practical, individualised nutrition support for adults, children and families, with adults at the heart of my practice.

This work is also close to my heart because I'm neurodivergent myself, with an ADHD diagnosis. Before becoming a clinical nutritionist, I was a primary school teacher, where I particularly loved supporting neurodivergent children and their families. I understand firsthand how ADHD can affect food, routines, motivation and the mental load of everyday life — and I bring both my professional and personal experience into every consultation.

ADHD & the Neurodivergent Mind

I can provide nutritional support for -

  • Energy crashes, afternoon slumps and inconsistent eating

  • Appetite changes and eating patterns affected by medication

  • Sleep, mood and emotional regulation

  • Gut symptoms and the gut–brain connection

  • Limited food variety, sensory preferences or challenging food routines

  • Difficulty planning, preparing and remembering meals

This isn't about perfection. It's about building practical nutrition and lifestyle habits that work with your brain and your life — and that you can maintain for the long term.

Together we can focus on -

My aim is to make eating well genuinely doable — so nutrition supports daily life rather than adding to the mental load. Support is available for individuals and whole families, because when one person's food and routines change, it often affects everyone.
